Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which you may cancel services with I-Pro Solutions.

1. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel a service request prior to the commencement of work by contacting us at help@iprosolutions.co.in. If work has already begun, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation fee proportional to the work completed.

2. Cancellation by I-Pro Solutions

We reserve the right to cancel any service request if we determine that we cannot fulfill the request due to conflicts of interest, missing information, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any fees paid will be refunded.
