Our Story
I-Pro Solutions was born from a frustration that many Indian entrepreneurs know all too well: the experience of engaging a professional services firm and being met with vague fee estimates, weeks of unreturned calls, and the sinking realization that no one is truly accountable for the outcome. Our leadership team brings combined experience of over 50 years in corporate law, intellectual property prosecution, direct and indirect taxation, and regulatory compliance across diverse sectors including fintech, e-commerce, manufacturing, SaaS, healthcare, and food services.
