- Paragraph 1 - the workflow: Indian incorporation is now fully digital on the MCA21 portal (mca.gov.in) through the SPICe+ (Simplified Proforma for Incorporating Company electronically Plus) form for companies and the FiLLiP (First LLP form for incorporation) form for LLPs. Both forms integrate DIN allotment, name reservation, PAN/TAN allotment, EPFO/ESI registration, GST registration (optional) and Profession Tax (Maharashtra) into a single filing - a 2020 reform that reduced incorporation from 12 separate filings to one.
